    I recently visited KFC, and unfortunately, it was a pretty frustrating experience. The service was incredibly slow, and the wait time felt like it went on forever. I understand that sometimes things can get backed up, but it seemed like there was no urgency at all. I watched several other customers, including myself, checking our watches, and wondering when we’d finally get our food.Once the meal finally arrived, it was hot and fresh, which was the saving grace. But, honestly, the long wait really took away from the experience. I’m not sure if it was just a bad day or if it’s typical for this location, but it was definitely not the quick and efficient service I’ve come to expect from KFC.I hope they can sort out the delays because, at the end of the day, the food was tasty as always!

    I did click & collect order so that I can get fresh hot wings cause I only like hot wings from KFC. However when I reach there no one was bothered even greet when there was no customer at all. employee talking to each other than after minute I have to ask by my self for my order cause it was not on the screen. Than one of the team leader simply chuck my bag of wings on the table and walk away without saying anything. Zero customer service and also the wings were not fresh I have only ordered pieces of wings and all of them were black like it was cooked ages ago. I don't know how they r running business.

    My children and my friend and her kids had kfc yesterday th November and all had food poisoning from there. My year old daughter and year old son was up all night with severe vomiting and stomach cramps and all day today. My mother phoned kfc andover up and was spoken to very rudely and the woman on the phone refused to let her talk to her manager so My mum called kfc headquarters and was told they would get management to call her back today and took it seriously because it involved children. They didn't call her back so she phoned again and had a man answer who refused to give her his name and laughed at her and when she said she's taking the left over chicken to human resources his response was "so what do I care" .Absolutely disgraceful behaviour and if I was kfc I would be ashamed to have that sort of staff working for them. I am following threw with my complaint and taking the chicken to human resources. As a mother its awful watching your children be ill from something they shouldn't of got ill from.

    Went into the restaurant and ordered on the screen. We waited mins for the food. With people behind us getting there food before us and we only ordered meals. When we got the food at the counter the food was all out the boxes and everywhere with in the bag. I asked for a refund and the manager was nice and was angry with the staff after looking in the bag for herself. She offered me a refund and to remake the food for free. So I accepted this. After getting the food and eating this in the car realised that my burger bun had mold on so was instantly put off by this and through it all away. What an absolute joke this place is. The worst KFC I have every been in and will never return again. Get some good and experienced staff. And get rid off all the youngsters behind the counter ignoring the customers and just messing about having banter with one another. Also it’s unprofessional to make rude remarks about drive through customers when people at the till area inside the restaurant can hear you.
